GTR Supply LLC supplies enterprise IT hardware in volume. Our primary office is 5900 Balcones Drive, Austin, TX 78731, United States. For anything on this page, write to Shahrez@gtrsupply.com or call (737) 210-4824.

This policy covers gtrsupply.com and the quote and valuation forms on it. It does not cover other companies whose websites we link to.

The quote and valuation forms ask for your name, work email and company, which are required, and your phone number, which is optional. They also ask what you are looking for or clearing, the quantity, and any specification or detail you want to add.

That is the whole list. There is no account to create, nothing to pay for on this site, and we do not ask for payment details anywhere on it.

When you submit a form we also record:

• Your IP address, used both to store where the enquiry came from and to limit how many submissions one address can send in a short window, which is how the forms stay usable rather than being buried in spam.
• Your browser user agent string, which identifies the browser and operating system but not you.
• The page on this site you first landed on, and the website that referred you if there was one.
• Advertising click identifiers, described in the next section.

We also calculate a simple internal score from the details you give, so the desk can work through enquiries in a sensible order. It is arithmetic on the form fields, not a profile built from outside data, and it does not decide anything on its own.

Both forms carry a hidden field that people never see and a check on how quickly the form was completed, both of which catch automated submissions. Neither is stored.

We advertise. When you arrive from an ad, the link carries an identifier such as gclid, wbraid or gbraid, along with campaign tags in the address. We keep those with your enquiry so we can tell which campaigns produce real conversations and which waste money.

Those identifiers are held in your browser session storage from the moment you arrive until you submit a form, because they disappear from the address as soon as you click through to a second page. When a submission succeeds they are cleared from your browser. If you never submit anything they are discarded when you close the tab, and nothing reaches us.

Submissions are written to a single table in our internal customer database, which is hosted for us by Supabase. We are a United States company and our staff are in the United States, so assume your details are handled there. Access to that database is limited to the GTR Supply sales and purchasing desks.

The short term record used to limit repeat submissions is held in the website server memory only. It is not written to the database and it disappears whenever the site restarts.

When a form comes in, the desk is alerted so somebody can pick it up quickly. That alert is a text message sent through OpenPhone to a GTR Supply number, containing your name, company, what you asked about, the quantity, your phone number and your email.

We can also send the same details as an internal email through Microsoft 365 to the person who owns that desk, buy side to sales and sell side to purchasing. Those emails include your message and the campaign the enquiry came from.

Those are the only places your details go. The companies named on this page are Supabase, OpenPhone, Microsoft, Google and Meta, and each one only handles what it needs to do the job we use it for.

We do not sell your details. We do not rent them, trade them or hand them to anybody else to market their own products to you. We do not add you to a newsletter because you asked for a quote.

We use what you send to answer your enquiry, to quote it, and to keep a record of what we have discussed so the next conversation does not start from nothing.

This site uses Google and Meta advertising and measurement tags so we can tell whether our advertising works. Depending on configuration that can include Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. They set and read cookies in your browser.

Those tags load in a denied state by default. Until consent is granted they do not store advertising or analytics cookies, and measurement is limited to modelled, aggregate reporting rather than anything tied to you.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised Google and Meta advertising in your account settings on those platforms. The forms on this site work either way.

Enquiries stay in our customer database for as long as we are doing business with you or expect to, so that we have a record of what was quoted and agreed. We have no fixed automatic deletion schedule, and we would rather say that plainly than claim one we do not run.

If you want your record removed sooner, ask, and we will remove it.

Email Shahrez@gtrsupply.com from the address you used, or write to the office above. Tell us whether you want a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We handle these by hand rather than through an automated portal, and we aim to come back to you within thirty days.

Deleting your record removes it from our customer database. Alert messages already delivered to a phone or a mailbox, and normal email correspondence between us, are dealt with separately, so tell us if you want those cleared too.

The site is served over HTTPS. Database credentials are held on the server and are never sent to your browser. Access to the customer database is restricted to the desks that need it.

No system is perfect, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If you believe something has gone wrong, tell us at Shahrez@gtrsupply.com and we will look at it.

This is a business to business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
